The staff here are lovely and helpful, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentist. It is super-easy to reach them—you don’t have to jump through automated hoops over the phone—and they send plenty of text reminders as your next appointment approaches, which you probably made months earlier and might otherwise have forgotten. What I mean to say is, they use automation in the best possible way, balancing text reminders with real-live human contact! Probably the most striking thing about this practice is how happy the customers in the waiting room always look! Everyone is smiling; everyone seems to know the staff and each other; and it makes a dental appointment seem a lot more pleasant than it could be elsewhere…
